The challenge
Clients were launching well-built products into silence. Traditional SEO reporting told them where they ranked on Google, but said nothing about how they appeared inside AI assistants, where a growing share of buying research now starts.
Our approach
We designed and built ColdStart as an agentic platform rather than a dashboard. It analyses a brand, identifies the competitors and questions that matter, and then generates and places content through an API. The interface exists to make the engine legible to a marketing team, not to replace it.
What we built
- Product design, application build and public API
- Visibility analysis across search, social and AI answers
- Programmatic page generation fed by each business's own data
- Self-serve modules so customers run their own training and content
Results
- Now the growth layer wired into Original Pixel client builds
- Winner of the Plug and Play Innovation Challenge
- Presented at a global industry leader's Innovation Day in Europe
- Runs the growth engine behind Bindr
Then we made it findable
The platform we built is also its own best case study. ColdStart markets itself with the engine it sells, and the page views are recorded in the same dashboard customers use.
- 14,674
- Pages live
- 1.6M+
- Page views recorded
- 25
- Categories
- 50,000
- Population floor
Twenty-five categories written as buyer questions rather than product features, generated across country, state and city at a 50,000-person floor. The floor is deliberately higher than Bindr's: software buyers do not search by small town, so depth there would be volume without intent.
Floor set by buyer behaviour
50,000 for a software audience, against 1,000 for consumer dating. The same engine, tuned to completely different search behaviour.
Answer surfaces, not just Google
The same content set is measured against AI assistants as well as search results, because a growing share of software research starts with a question to an assistant.
Reporting in the product
Page views land in the same dashboard a customer sees, so the proof and the product are the same screen.
“The site is the easy half. Getting the market to find it is the work.”
